Free Grant Assessment
Step 1 - Contact Ramzey
Ramzey is very happy to run through how the grants work and can carry out 2 simple (free) checks to see whether the house and tenant are likely to be eligible for a grant.
Step 2 - Free Assessment
An assessor will visit the property to carry out a formal assessment and report back about the works needed to get the property to a C rating and what grants are available. The intention is to get the works done to take the property to a C rating for no cost but sometimes a contribution is required for certain properties. There is no obligtion to do the work done though..
Step 3 - Updates Carried Out
If you decide to go ahead, the upgrades will be carried out within a few weeks.
Step 4 - New EPC
You will receive your new EPC with the new compliant rating of C or above.
